Roe and Co Curators Series 0.1
A new release from Roe & Co. following the success of Roe & Co. Blended Whiskey. This release marks the first in the "Curators Series". This whiskey lends itself to a more complex style with an extremely high malt content and the richness of the Port Casks singing throughout, think blackberry leaf, red fruits; akin to the hedgerow that lines over 300,000km of the Irish country side. 'From our hefty use of ex-Bourbon Cask Malt Whiskey in the blend we get a familiarity to the current blend of Roe & Co, spicy orchard fruit and crushed Gorse flower followed by cacao. Finally, an unctuous layer of first-fill American Oak Grain Whiskey reveals notes of honeyed-cream and delivers an incredible mouthfeel.'
