Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed to a mixture of new and seasoned French barrels, the 2008 Chardonnay offers luscious pineapples and fresh summer fruit aromas. Extended lees maceration and part malolactic fermentation has given a generous palate with a rich, creamy texture.
