 Bodega Antigua de GuardiaThe Bodega Antigua Casa de Guardia was founded in 1840 by Jose de la Guardia who was appointed Governor of Segovia by the Queen of Spain, Isabel II. In 1932, Jose Garijo Ruiz took over the business and spent his life promoting and making Malaga wines in their purest essence, both from the cellar and from the tavern he owned in the Alameda Principal in Malaga city.
