Bodegas San Gregorio is a co-operative located in the DO Calatayud in the region of Aragon. The co-op has 2000 acres of vineyards with the predominant varieties Garnacha (62%), Trmpranillo (22%), Macabeo (7%) and a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Syrah. Most vines are at least 40 years old with many much older. The vines are not irrigated which gives lower, high quality yields.

The winemaker is Norrel Robertson, a Master of Wine from Scotland know as El Escoces Volante.
