This fresh, rich & aromatic white wine is a blend of Hondarrabi Zuri and Riesling and is the top wine from the estate. This cuvee spends nearly one year on its lees which imparts great complexity and structure. Perfect with seafood, salads or as an aperitif. The wine is fresh, aromatic & intense with mineral and ripe fruit overtones. Full-bodied, dry, soft & rich with spring flowers, citrus, grapey, mineral & spices. Very fresh & clean with excellent length.
