A very exciting estate which is a near neighbour of Prieure Saint Jean de Bebian. However, the wines are very different in style Winemaker Basile St Germain started at Chateau Latour before choosing old vineyards in the Languedoc as the ideal site to produce wines of great finesse whilst showing the up most respect for nature.

The vineyards were carefully selected with similar terroir to that of Graves in Bordeaux. Surprisingly, he decided to use no oak with his red wines with all maturation taking place in cement tanks. This has resulted in the wines showing real elegance whilst maintaing depth & complexity.
