Bordeaux White / Rose

White Bordeaux is nearly always seen as the poor relation for Bordeaux wines and ultimately that is understandable for the most part. There are still world class dry and particularly sweet Bordeaux (mainly from Sauternes) but these aren't in the same deamand as the reds.
