This is the finest Fino sherry we've tasted! From a solera started in 1961 but with the wine spending approximately 15 years under flor this fino is much fuller & rounder than one might expect.

Very dry, rich, nutty it is full-bodied, complex and delicious. This wine is delicious as an aperitif but will pair with shellfish or even full-flavoured fish dishes. 

Fino sherry is the palest of the traditional varities of sherry. The wine is aged in barrels under a cap of flor yeast to prevent contact with the air. This particular fino is aged a lot longer than regular fino so is golder in colour with more depth & structure.
