A very successful blend of 54% Bourboulenc, 16% Roussane, 16% Grenache Blanc & 14% Vermentino that spends 5 months on it lees in stainless still. Attractive flavours of white fruits, peaches mixed with apricot. Full-flavoured, with a lovely balance of fruit, richness and acidity.

Won a Gold Medal at the Concours General Agricole Paris 2010,

A Silver Medal at Concours de Grands Vins du Languedoc,

A Bronze at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2010.

It would have the depth of a good white burgundy but is a touch more aromatic.
