100% Roussanne, the wine comes from a single block of 0,75 hectare planted 25 years ago.

A rich straw yellow colour, with a complex nose of spices, pears, quinces and floral notes. The palette is rich and full, with an attack of ripe pears and flowers, a slight touch of marmalade and a spicy and tangy finish supported by a refreshing crispness.
