The grapes were selected and cleaned on special tables, then to tanks with gravity flow. Hand pumping-over was done to extract soft tannins during fermentation. The total period of maceration was of 30 days. Maloactic fermentation undergoes in French new and once used oak barrels for 14 months.

Its aromas of ripe, red fruit, liquorice and mocha gives special character. It is a well structured wine in the mouth, balanced and with a long finish.
