Sensory Profile
Color: Because of its aging potential the red color of this wine -deep and brilliant- will evolve into different shades of brick red, a typical feature that shows its elegance.
Aroma: These noble grapes provide the wine particular aromas. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides complexity, the Merlot its softness, and the Cabernet Franc (a variety present in the great Medoc, Saint Emillon and Pomerol), the special mint taste.
Taste: It is a wine with a strong personality in the mouth, surprisingly perfectly balanced and harmonious.

Recommended Temperature: 15ºC to 17ºC.
