Perrieres is my favourite of the Meursault premier Crus and it possesses the strength and finesse of a Grand Cru. The Chardonnay vines have an average age of 56 years.

Enjoy it with tasty fish such as perch, red mullet or turbot or with certain types of game like pheasant and roe venison. It will reveal all of its richness and complexity after seven to ten years.
