This white port is made from the Malvasia - Fina grapes by winemaker Mois Mottale. It ages very briefly in Slovenian oak casks.
Colour: White straw.
Aroma: Intense aroma with honey notes and dried fruits, almonds and hazelnuts.
Consuming: 10 years.
Soil: Granitic and sandy
Taste: On the palate it is very smooth with luscious fruit, honey and a long, round finish.
Final Notes: Long, round finish.
Gastronomy: Best as an aperitif or served with dried fruits.
